Info: Chemical Industry – New Refinery Concepts & Chemical Recycling: Renewable Materials Conference 2022
10-12 May, Cologne and online ++ 60 Speakers from leading companies in bio-based, CO2-based and Recycling confirmed their participation – final program available ++ already 200 participants from 18 countries registered – more than 400 expected.
Large-scale chemicals and refineries are undergoing a transformation to renewable carbon. Whether biomass, CO2 or recycling, all renewable carbon sources are finding more and more use in large-scale chemistry. Interfaces between the new and old chemical worlds here are ethanol, methane and methanol as well as naphtha.
After rheingold (DE) has taken a deep psychological look at the image of chemistry, BASF (DE) and NESTE (FI) present their concepts for sustainable chemistry. Chemical recycling seems particularly important in this context. Here the companies Eastman (US), OMV (AT), Haldor Topsoe (DK) and Fiberight (UK) will present the state of the art.
The answer to your hunt for renewable materials: The Renewable Materials Conference, 10 - 12 May 2022, Cologne, Germany (hybrid event). The unique concept of presenting all renewable material solutions at one event hits the mark: bio-based, CO2-based and recycled are the only available alternatives to fossil-based chemicals and materials.
